Mechanical grader blades

You’ll be able to tackle any job when you choose a multi-purpose Jykevä. The Jykevä grader blade is an effective work machine for earthmoving and grading or snow clearance. Thanks to the proper design of the body support structure and board, along with an extremely rigid board housing, the grader is exceptionally strong and can easily cut through even the hardest ground.

MOUNTING ATTACHMENTS

The board can be easily switched out with mechanical grader attachments thanks to the bolt-mounted locking sleeves.

SUBSOILER

The subsoiler solves the problem of soil compaction. It breaks up the compacted hardpan that forms over years below the plowing depth, thus essentially compromising soil arability and preventing surface water from reaching underground drainage.
The JYKEVÄ subsoiler can reach a depth of up to 60-70 cm, which effectively breaks up the hardpan. The subsoiler is 3 metres in width. Thanks to the bolt-mounted tine suspension, the tines are detachable and can be adjusted to any position. The tine breakaway bolt prevents damage when the tine runs into an obstacle.
Support wheel mounts available as an accessory. The subsoiler uses the same JYV01 support wheel set as for the graders. The subsoiler is available with 4 and 6 tines.

STONE RAKE

The JYKEVÄ stone rake is an effective tool for such applications as forest scalping and clearing stones, stumps and brush. The stone rake can be rotated from its transport position into its working position.
Stone rakes are available with 2 and 4 tines. The tines are 75 cm in length.

DRAIN PLOW

The JYKEVÄ drain plow helps to prevent standing water problems caused by summer and autumn rains, allowing you to effectively and economically direct water from furrows and sources into drainage and open ditches. The drain plow can also be used to install drainpipes in the ground.
The drain plow has become a very popular choice, particularly for fields with old underground drainage, where the drainage works well, but the surface of the field has become compacted, thus preventing water from permeating the soil. Running a drain plow crosswise over old underground drainage helps harmful standing surface water permeate the compacted layer of soil, thus directing it to the underground drainage.
  • Max. working depth: 75 cm
  • Thanks to the sharpened cutting blade, there is little tractive resistance – approx. 50 hp is all that is needed to pull the unit
  • Breakaway bolt on the blade prevents damage to the tractor and plow
  • Blade 20 x 200 mm 400 HB wear-resistant steel
  • Ball hitch 75 mm, with a coupler for fastening a drainpipe
  • Weight: approx. 130 kg

Accessories

Support wheels
Product description: Road grading, field levelling and plowing the first snow on gravel roads and yards are made easy by the support wheel, which are mounted behind the board.

JYKEVÄ support wheels are fitted with heavy-duty bracket frames. The wheels are amply sized: 155R13, with a height of approx. 500 mm.

The bracket frames are fitted with a design-protected spring suspension, which turns the wheels behind the board out of the way when not in use or the board is raised Wheel height can be easily adjusted; fine adjustments are made by positioning the tractor push rod.
End plates
Quick-mount end plates make plowing yards and earthmoving fast and easy. Even larger volumes of snow or earth can be moved at one time.

If necessary, the end plate can be rotated on its mounting shaft to its back position, thus moving the snow or earth out to the side when grading. When the unit runs into an obstacle, the end plates rise up to prevent any damage.
Snow wing
The snow wing is installed on the right end of the board in place of the end plate. The wing lowers the snowbank and pushes snow more effectively on top of it.
